During teacher training, Jene's honesty was invaluable. It was apparent in her style of teaching that she wanted us all to have the opportunity to see, feel and hear what we were able to digest. No judgement, just clicking into ourselves and opening our ears to others. Jene coached us on our teaching and finding our own voice, both strong and authentic at the same time. I can't express how valuable this evening was. This was needed as we are finishing our training and enter teaching.

Jene` has always had an amazing presence and can read people like no one I know. Twice I've had major life changing events going on and she's spoken to these situations in her classes not knowing beforehand what I was going through. Luckily, I had the privilege to learn first hand about energy, healing and spirituality from her during teacher training. Jene`'s workshop gave me the ability to tap into a resource I didn't know existed!! I could feel the rooms energy as well as another person's energy just by tuning in and spending time with someone one on one. She asked us to dig deep, to let go and to search inside our souls. I can say with certainty that I have never experienced anything like Jene`'s Spirit Workshop. If you had described the day's events to me ahead of time I probably would have declared that the logical part of my mind would have been unable to fully be part of it, that I would have been hesitant to just let go. I'm so glad that I experienced it though, because despite this, much to my surprise I found myself into everything without the slightest bit of hesitancy or logical discomfort, and I was totally immersed in Jene`'s teaching and guidance. The time flew by and I went home feeling great and a bit more connected with things that I don't understand or even perceived could exist. I also was relieved that my own mind was less rigid than I thought it could be, because I strongly feel that once the mind's abilities to perceive are cemented in place, than you cease to be able to grow. Jene`'s ability to take you on a wild journey without even leaving the room is unbelievable, and therefore must be experienced to be believed. Besides, who thought Jene` knew how to drum so well...

Thank you Jene` for organizing such a powerful, fun, enriching Energy Workshop. I really enjoyed sharing energy as a group. The workshop provided me with the knowledge of self-healing techniques. It also provided a unique perspective and a greater understanding of meditation and communication with my power animal and spirit guides. Meeting my spirit guides and power animal through meditation has been such a useful tool. They have proven to be helpful in steering me in the correct direction when it did not seem so apparent.

Before this workshop I didn’t understand the powers of this type of meditation (actually I thought it was a little wacky) but now with the experience and tools from the workshop, I have continued to communicate with my power animal and spirit guides. I loved and trusted Jene` and the entire process of the workshop with all my heart, it was a beautiful experience. I look forward to doing it again.

Power Yoga began as an other form of exercise for me. Through Jene`'s classes it has become an intregal part of my path toward physical and emotional healing. Jene`'s teaching has been key in the transformation that Yoga has provided. Her classes are challenging, playful, and inspiring. She has guided me towards correct form in my yoga practice, and at the same time, her teaching has helped me to connect more fully to myself. I remain deeply grateful for her dedication and loving spirit.

Jene` is a wonderful teacher, she's straightforward, honest. When she speaks it's important, she never fills the air with fluff, her intentions are clear - she is there to teach us how to be good, effective teachers, always good intentions. I find her so refreshing, I know that she and her words come from a place of love, and when she critiques me, I am being taught, that is why I'm there, to learn.
You taught us all to look at the things that push our buttons, and told us that they are opportunities for us to see something more clearly, an opportunity to grow.
I am very grateful for you and the other instructors at Open Doors, and that I followed this path at this time and all of these lessons and growth are received as gifts.
